Pregnant Pauses® is an exercise program that is specifically designed to change the way women experience pregnancy.
Get to know your body in a new way, learn how to alleviate pain and discomfort, and tune into your evolving needs for an overall happier and healthier pregnancy. By practicing gentle movements that speak to your innate intelligence to shift, soften and organize in a changing body, everyday tasks from rolling out of bed to walking will become amazingly easier. Built upon proven, wide-ranging scientific research, this program is a direct application of the Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic Education.
