This Saturday, November 12th from 11am to 1pm, Che Gonzalez from the Oberlin Public Library is hosting a health and wellness fair. I will be the Feldenkrais table! Come visit for a drink or flyer and lots of alternative health information. It’s a good way to meet the practitioners in the area and get to know them without it costing you anything. See you there!

I am interested in learning more about your practice of movement. After numerous minor injuries involving my neck and upper back, I am looking for an Gentle exercise program that may add strength and flexibility. Do you think you are the program? I am interested also in dates, times, and location of sessions. Also, cost is of interest.
Please, let me know the details. Thank you

Dear Cheryl,
Thanks for your message. Feldenkrais is a method of learning, which in turn makes you stronger and more flexible when you find more organic movement through the body. It is very different than traditional exercise thinking of lifting weights and holding uncomfortable positions to stretch. I would be happy to talk further with you. Please call me should you wish to do so.
If you click on the calendar link, it outlines all of the locations, times and prices(which varies by location) of the current classes. Private sessions times are also indicated there, they are $80 per session. I have a special new student discount rate of $150 for your first three sessions.
Thanks,
Samantha
